
Vocational Career Centre International hosted Season 10 of Excellence & Viability Retreat (EVR) to challenge What/Who Inspires Young People.
In a bid to re-channel the language of generational relevance and stage healthy challenges on the audacity of Gen Z and Gen Alpha, Dr./Amb. Oluwakayode Stephen Adeyemo alongside other coaches subject youngsters to review what or who Inspires them at the just concluded Excellence & Viability Retreat (EVR) on August 21 – 23, 2025 in Lagos Nigeria.
The Annual Retreat held its 10th edition which marks the 11th anniversary of Vocational Career Centre International as an institution that is committed to excellence amongst young minds with cardinal focus on Career, Skills, Entrepreneurship and Leadership, having impact coverage in over 14 states in Nigeria and 7 African countries with virtual audience in about 4 continents of the world.
Excellence & Viability Retreat (EVR) is an annual career summer fiesta which has youngsters ranging from the ages of 10 to 22 years in highly coordinated residential camp. The season 10 of the impact fiesta explored Intellectual Sessions on the dynamics of Young Audacity, Wealth Mentality Beyond Spending and Giveaway Entitlement, Patterning After Role Models, Challenging Audacity on Substance Abuse, Inspiring Academic Excellence on Career Decision, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Team Building, Sex Education and lots more which give them early exposure to leadership training experience.
The program also featured the second edition of EV Board Games which witnessed tense but healthy competition amongst young people in the game of Chess amongst others.
With focus on healthy meals through culinary contests, wellness drills, Finishing School Sessions as well as team building, the director/lead coach, Dr./Amb. Oluwakayode Stephen Adeyemo had a clear message for every young person: knowing What or Who Inspires Your Audacity for every action, Filtering Youthful Life Decisions and Rerouting Your Inspiration Healthily for Excellence.
